THE DECISION DESK

Decision notes

What changed. Why it matters. What to ask before your next AI decision.

A decision note is a short analysis of one concrete AI question someone in your company has to answer before approving, renewing or stopping a project. It is not a news digest or a tool review. Each note separates what is verified, what is assumed and what is interpretation, and it shows the method so your team can check it with its own data.

Notes are written for the people who sign off on these decisions or answer for them: general management, finance, operations, technology and committee members. You do not need a technical background to use them. Any example with numbers is marked as illustrative and is not a client result.

You leave with questions you can use in your next meeting with a vendor or with your team. If you would rather start from a template, the free resources include sheets and kits ready to fill in with your own data.
