Privacy Policy
This provisional policy describes the intended handling of information submitted to request a first call. It must be checked against the site's actual operation, its providers, and applicable law before it is published as a final policy.
Information you may provide
- Through the form: name, work email, organization, role, description of the decision, approximate commitment size, expected decision date, and recorded consent.
- Through scheduling: information requested by the confirmed booking provider.
- Through WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, and the content of messages you send.
- During follow-up: information you choose to share for fit assessment.
Do not send confidential documents or credentials through the form or WhatsApp.
Intended uses
Information may be used to assess the request, respond, prepare or schedule a conversation, maintain a record of the contact, and prepare a proposal when requested. A content or newsletter subscription requires a separate choice; its terms and provider must be confirmed before activation.
Providers and transfers
Information may be processed by confirmed providers supporting hosting, forms, scheduling, or communications. The final provider list, locations, international transfers, and functions must be verified against the actual runtime before publication. WhatsApp operates under its provider's own terms and policies.
Retention
Requests that do not convert into client engagements are retained for 12 months from the last interaction related to the request. After that period, deletion or anonymization must follow the approved procedure. Retention for client information, contract records, billing, backups, and legal requests requires a separate rule validated through legal review.
Information from a contracted Review
Information shared during a contracted Review is governed by the confidentiality agreement, SOW, and terms agreed for the engagement. This page does not replace those documents.
Requests about your information
You may contact vic@vicsol.org to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw an applicable consent. The requester's identity may need to be verified. Rights, exceptions, and response periods depend on applicable law and must be confirmed in the final version.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure traffic in aggregate: pages visited, where visits come from, device type, and events such as clicks on contact buttons. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (for example, _ga) and does not receive the content of the form. The site also records its own usage events (for example, clicks on booking or WhatsApp) to measure what works. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, Google Analytics does not run until you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Reject", it does not load. Your choice is stored for six months in a cookie (vs_consent) and you can change it by clearing the site's cookies. In other countries, measurement runs without a notice.
