Information handled

The review intake asks for your name, work email, role or organization, decision type and stage, a short description of the context, and the decision horizon. Do not submit passwords, secrets, regulated data, or sensitive personal information.

How it is used

The information is used to assess fit, respond to the request, prevent abuse, and—if both parties choose to proceed—prepare the scope of a possible review. Submitting the intake does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance.

Free tool and measurement

Answers entered in Decision Clarity remain in your browser’s memory and disappear when the page is reloaded. The site’s first-party measurement receives only allowlisted event names, the page path, and a timestamp; it does not receive your answers or form content. Cloudflare, as the site’s hosting, security, and performance provider, may also process technical request and page-performance signals. Those signals do not deliberately include Decision Clarity answers or intake fields.

Retention and access

Requests that do not convert have an operational deletion target of 30 days. Records required for security, contractual, or legal obligations may be kept only for as long as necessary.

Providers and disclosure

The site uses contracted infrastructure for hosting, security, and storage. Information is not sold or shared with advertisers. A future operational integration will be enabled only after its purpose, minimum access, and traceability have been validated.
