Complete Delivery Commitment
This commitment covers completion of the contracted deliverables for an Independent AI Decision Review. It is a delivery commitment, not a results guarantee: it does not promise ROI, savings, revenue, adoption, approval, a particular verdict, or any third-party decision.
What it covers
When the signed SOW includes the standard scope, the commitment covers the seven agreed deliverables:
- Decision Charter & Issue Tree.
- Outcome & Success Criteria Register.
- Stakeholder & Decision Rights Map.
- Alternatives & Independence Review.
- Evidence, Economics & Uncertainty Model.
- Risk & Operating Readiness Register.
- Executive Decision Memo with a
GO,MODIFY, orNO-GOrecommendation, confidence level, conditions, unresolved risk, and checkpoints.
The Executive Readout and any additional component are covered only when expressly included in the SOW.
When it applies
If an agreed deliverable is incomplete at the close of the Review for reasons attributable to the service, it will be completed without additional professional fees within a maximum of 10 additional business days. The period begins when the gap is identified in writing and the information, access, and people required to complete it are available.
To use this commitment:
- the client must identify the incomplete deliverable in writing and connect the gap to the SOW scope or completion criteria;
- the scope must remain within the contracted decision, alternatives, stakeholders, and organizational context;
- the client must have provided the agreed information, access, and participation on time; and
- overdue payments must be current.
What it does not cover
- financial, operational, regulatory, or commercial outcomes;
- approval of an investment or a requirement that the recommendation be
GO; - delays caused by information, access, availability, or decisions controlled by the client or third parties;
- scope changes or a different decision from the one contracted;
- implementation, configuration, certification, or legal, tax, or audit advice.
A well-supported MODIFY or NO-GO may constitute complete delivery.
Relationship to the contract
This commitment must be incorporated into the signed SOW. If this page and the SOW differ, the SOW controls. The client organization remains responsible for the decision and its implementation.
